We Are A Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing training to people enrolled in nationally accredited vocational training programs.  Flexibility and meeting individual business needs are the key to our Training Services. Our specialist workplace assessors have experience working across a range of industries including but not limited to: Retail, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Children’s Services and Recreational Vehicle Manufacturing.

Recognition Services
Workforce Development’s recognition services give participants the opportunity to apply for recognition of prior learning (RPL), recognition of current competencies (RCC) and credit transfer arrangements. This provides a pathway for experienced participants to have their existing skills and knowledge aligned to Nationally Recognised Qualifications. Participants may be able to achieve units without further training. Any skills gaps in achieving qualifications can then be addressed through Workforce Development’s coursework.

Workforce Development’s courses are designed to provide maximum flexibility for participants to ensure quality outcomes are achieved and individual needs are met. Courses are delivered through the following pathways, depending on the course program:

Program Fees
Workforce Development's flexible course fees allow participants to move through units at their own pace, in line with their work and time commitments, and also to budget unit payments. Program fees are determined by the Program you are enrolling in, and the qualification level you choose. Many of Workforce Development’s courses are covered under the Commonwealth Government's Australian Apprenticeships, providing funding to support working participants through their program.
