Certificate II in Hospitality

The Certificate II in Hospitality is an entry-level course that provides a pathway to work in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs and cafes.
You will learn to work with colleagues and customers, work in a socially diverse environment, follow health, safety and security procedures, develop industry knowledge, prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, process financial transactions and provide quality customer service.
This qualification is suitable for an Australian Apprenticeship pathway and is also appropriate for VET in Schools (VETiS) delivery.

Certificate III in Hospitality
Does the idea of sitting in an office from 9 till 5 put you off? Hit the ground running in hospitality. Whether you are a recent school leaver, have been out of the workforce for some time or are looking to change career paths, the Certificate III in Hospitality will teach you valuable skills which will allow you to use your discretion and judgement to work independently at any venue.
You will learn to work effectively with others and in hospitality service, source and use information on the hospitality industry, provide service to customers, show social and cultural sensitivity, use hygienic practices for d safety, participate in safe work practices and coach others.

Certificate IV in Hospitality
Certificate IV in Hospitality is for people who need the knowledge and skills required to work as a skilled operator using a broad range of hospitality skills combined with sound knowledge of industry operations. You will learn to operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems. You may have supervisory responsibilities and you may need to plan, monitor and evaluate the work of team members.
This qualification provides a pathway for you to work as a team leader or supervisor in hospitality organisations such as restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.
This qualification is suitable for an Australian Apprenticeship pathway.
